ORDERS

Do I have to register on the site to place an order?
You do not need to register to place an order on Galleria Italia. By registering, however, you can save your favorite products in the wishlist, save your addresses and payment methods, see the details of your order and receive exclusive offers.

How can I place an order?
Placing an order on Galleria Italia is simple:

  • Get inspired by our selection of products and choose those you wish to purchase;
  • Add them to your cart;
  • Complete the order by entering your billing and shipping details, check that everything is correct and proceed with the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the summary information.

Can i cancel an order?
For administrative reasons, it is not possible for us to cancel an order after its confirmation, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.

When will my payment method be charged?
The amount of your order will be charged upon confirmation of the order.

SHIPMENTS

Which are the shipping times?
The expected shipping times for each item are visible on each product sheet.

Which are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated before placing the order and proceeding with payment.

In which UE countries are the shipping costs free?
Free shipping in Italy, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy and to all other countries of the European Union.

How does the shipment of the product I have purchased take place?
Depending on the type of product, the value of the goods and the destination, our logistics service will choose the most suitable shipping method. Generally, items with small packaging will be shipped by express courier. The most voluminous and/or particularly fragile products will be shipped with specialised carriers.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Upon delivery of the goods to the selected courier, you will receive an email with shipping details. For deliveries by express courier, you will be provided with the tracking number with which you can track your order. For deliveries with specialised carriers, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number, but you will be contacted directly by the carrier to agree with you the date and time of delivery.

Is it possible to request a floor delivery and / or assembly service?
Yes, it is possible. To request it, write to info@galleriaitalia.it.

The product I received is damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged product write us at info@galleriaitalia.it and we will tell you the procedures to follow.

RETURNS

Can I return an order?
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Attention: it is not possible to return goods made to measure and according to your requests.

How should I pack the products I want to return?
The products to be returned must be in the conditions in which they were received, properly packaged. If you do not have the original box, you will need to return the product properly and correctly packaged.
