Riva - Made in Italy 1920

Riva 1920 tells of an uninterrupted dialogue between aesthetics and ethics. It all began in 1920 in Cantù, in the heart of Brianza, in a small family-run artisan workshop specialized in the production of solid wood furniture. It is the story of a company with solid roots and great craftsmanship, which for over 100 years has combined innovation and design with respect for the environment and the best Made in Italy tradition.

By collaborating with the main protagonists of architecture and art, Riva 1920 stands out for the production of excellent quality furnishings in which wood is the undisputed protagonist, giving life to something special, unique and timeless.

Environmental protection and love for nature are the fundamental principles. The quality of the raw materials used is the basis of the production process and begins with the choice of the finest woods. Each piece of furniture is made exclusively with wood from controlled forestation areas and among the various essences we find maple, cherry, oak and walnut, but also reused woods such as New Zealand Kauri, Briccole wood and cedar from Lebanon.

Riva 1920 products are born from manufacturing techniques linked to the cabinet-making tradition, thanks to the skilled hands of highly qualified master carpenters and the use of cutting-edge technologies. Artisan production goes beyond design dynamics standard and guarantees a high level of flexibility and customization for both the division home and for the contract one.
