It was 1979 when, in a small workshop on the outskirts of Treviso, Fausto Dalla Torre and his wife Luisa decided to combine their passion for lighting with artisan mastery. This is how Il Fanale was born, a company whose reason for being is the production of the finest lamps, and whose story is written every day through products that enter people's homes and lives.

Distributed in over 40 countries worldwide, the company has managed to stand out thanks to its Italian craftsmanship, carried forward by people guided by the same ideals: a passion for their work, for quality and for their region.

The choice of noble materials steeped in tradition, such as brass, copper and glass, combined with a distinctive oxidation process whose formula is still passed down within the family today, gives rise to true works of art and light with a unique, inimitable look. Production, entirely Italian, blends traditional techniques with innovative technologies to create timeless products with strong design content.

From this evolution of the brand came Torremato, the idea lab that marks a new creative path for the Il Fanale world, aiming to bring designers' out-of-the-box projects to life through strong, primordial materials that are mostly natural and eco-friendly.
