Story

It belongs to Wanderlust, the wallpaper capsule collection designed by Marcel Wanders for London Art: thirteen international cities plus three special designs (Athena, Mondrian Doha and Atlantis), translated into patterns that mix floral motifs, geometry and optical effects. For Wanders, these wall coverings are “a dimensional way to bring people on a journey”. Marcel Wanders, one of the best-known product and interior designers with more than 1,900 projects to his name, has work exhibited at the Centre Pompidou, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Stedelijk Museum, and replaces industrial coldness with poetry, fantasy and feeling. London Art, based in Noventa Vicentina with showrooms in Milan and London, creates tailor-made wallpapers that bring together fashion, graphics and architecture with artisanal atelier know-how.
