Founded in 2005 in the heart of the Marche region, in Fossombrone, from an idea by Davide Diamantini, Karman produces lighting collections for outdoor and indoor spaces. Black Out 1-bulb by Karman is a dome pendant with an essential design, an ironic tribute to the emergency light.

Story

Black Out is a dome reflector in fibreglass shaped like a filament. The hanging semispherical counterweight holds candles, like a romantic emergency light. It comes in white or black, as a pendant in two sizes or as a floor lamp. Matteo Ugolini, art director of Karman, conceives every lighting project as a story that needs no words, between memory and nature. Karman, founded in 2005 in Fossombrone, in the heart of the Marche region, by Davide Diamantini, experiments with unconventional materials and treats every design as a new lighting sculpture.
