Samoa by Alivar is a designer leather small armchair designed by Giuseppe Bavuso, recognisable by the sinuous line of its seat and backrest, which contrasts with the geometric rigour of its square steel base. Covered in smooth or woven leather, it combines comfort with an essential graphic outline.

Soft curves on a rigorous base

Giuseppe Bavuso, architect and art director of Alivar, works with clean shapes and carefully chosen materials. In Samoa, the interplay between the enveloping curve of the shell and the geometry of the frame creates a compact small armchair, elegant from every side and equally suited to a contemporary living room or a study.
