Traditional manufacturing techniques are faithfully and skillfully replicated, but the gentle, curved forms of the original model give way to simplified lines and crystallized shapes that multiply in space. The pentagonal shape thus becomes the unit of measurement for the structure and is obsessively repeated, from the cross-section of the legs to the construction of the panels that make up the seat, backrest, and armrests.
